Hibara Onsen Center

A natural park on the hillside of Mount Tripto, where native beech forests remain. A walking path with a total length of 23km runs around the forest hall and timber craft center as a base point, and along the way there are the three-headed Otaki, which has a height of 30m, a wildbird observation hut, and a charcoal-burning hut. Many wild birds and wild animals live in the forest that is intact in nature, and bird watching is popular. The hiking course is also a good leg course of 4-5 hours, which summits from the 1 hour round trip to Otaki. There is nature observation classroom and woodworking experience.

Special products directly managed by the Hibara Village Tourism Association. In addition to fresh vegetables and seasonal wild vegetables from local farmers, there are also souvenirs. Recommended are cookies and ice with specialty potatoes, yuzu products such as yuzu wine and yuzu jam, konjaku and honey.

Located in the Henbori district of Hibara-mura, the only village in Tokyo, Tanagoro Village is a tree house-style "Chame House" where you can stay with your beloved dog and a one-building cottage "Yuraku" with a barbecue house. Facilities consisting of "Tanagoro Sauna Oasis" where you can experience the sauna. "Mai Yeast Bread-na-gokoro" is a bakery that sticks to organic materials and homemade yeast on its premises. Eggs, milk, oils and fats, as well as rustic bread without additives, such as Heidi's white bread and blueberry bread are also abundant. Authentic pizzas that are baked in a stone kiln using firewood that can be eaten on the terrace are also popular.
