Ohira-an Sake House
A museum where you can learn the history of sake brewing. There are 2334 pieces of sake brewing equipment that were actually used from the Meiji era to the Showa 40 s. Valuable tools to learn about those days, such as Gosho (Gosho) Gae, which measures the amount of sake water, and Daki barrels, which regulate the temperature to encourage fermentation, are designated as important tangible folk treasures of the country. After the tour, let's sample Saga's local sake (free).
