Cashuhama Beach

A cave where three Christian families in Satonoura lived in hiding in the early Meiji era during the repression of Christianity, which is said to be the "Goshima Collapse". At the southern tip of Wakamatsu Island, the cave is a T-shaped cave about 50m deep, about 5m high and about 5m wide, located on the back of a rugged escarpment that can only be reached by ship, and a good-looking hiding place not visible from the shore. But it said it was caught finding bonfire smoke and subjected to harsh poise and torture. A 4m high cross and a 3.6m Christ Rubber standing at the entrance of the cave were erected in 1967. The facility is located near Arikawa Port on Nakadori Island, on the same premises as Goshima Udon no Sato. Sea products processed from fresh seafood, salt products made from clear seawater in the waters near Kamigoshima, Kamigoshima specialty products such as kankoro rice cakes and shochu, key chains and T-shirts, sell goods such as straps. Among them, camellia oil products from the five islands, known as camellia's native land, are popular among women. Not only sightseeing spots, but also tourist information centers and rest spaces that provide guidance for accommodation, church tours, various experiences and tours, so it is convenient for consultation of travel and rest breaks on the way of sightseeing.

A goods building on the seafront with views of Yagame Park, where a pyramid-shaped giant rock rises. It is attached to a refinery of 100g 260 yen ~, which is made to boil the clear seawater of Goshima in a large wood-burning kiln. In addition to this sea salt and bittern, Goshima udon is also sold.
