Forest Adventure, Beppu

The gods of wisdom and power, "Tsurumi Sanjo Gondō" and Shichifukujin, are enshrined in various places on the mountain, and in front of the large parking lot at the foot, there are more than 500 stocks of shochu from all over Kyushu, such as "Kyushu Shoshosukan".

Lake Yamasami at an altitude of 600m, surrounded by Mount Tsurumi and Mount Yufu. Spring is full of azaleas and cherry blossoms, summer is full of summer as a summer resort, autumn is full of autumn foliage, winter is wrapped in fantastic snowy scenery, and beautiful scenery throughout the year. Camp is available year-round. You can also take a forest bath or bird watching on the promenade along the lakefront, which is 2km around.
