Makurazaki Nagisa Onsen

Fish market at Makurazaki Port, known for its bonito fishery. On the first floor, there are a fresh fish shop, as well as a seafood processed goods store and a satsumaage specialty store, a tourist information center and a small aquarium in Minato. In the second-floor observation restaurant "Buen", one by one on board, the highest peak of the fast-frozen katsuo "buen bonito" can be eaten. Recommended "Bu-en-kupi sashimi" using bonito, "Makurazaki-Katsu-O-Funa-Meshi" which is made from bonito bonito, and "Geo-fish sashimi set meal" which uses plenty of fresh fish in the morning at Makurazaki Port. All come with free drinks.

They use local sweet potatoes and water to make shochu using a method that inherits the tradition of Mr. Kurose. In addition to being able to tour the manufacturing process up close, there is also an exhibition of tools used for shochu making in the past, so it seems that the history of shochu can be detailed. At the stand, there is also shochu limited to the brewery, which also offers tastings and sales. At the adjacent Hanatogawa Beer House, you can also enjoy sweet potato-made low-sugar sake, and it is a brewery full of highlights and flavors.

It features an appearance designed with a motif of a ship's ikari unique to port town and Makurazaki. As well as works by writers related to the local area, such as Naji Yamaguchi, Kinosuke Ebihara and Junji Yoshii, he also exhibited paintings and sculptures from the national public exhibition of contemporary art, "Wind of the Art", and the international public exhibition "Makurazaki International Art Prize Exhibition".
