The building is a Watha Down house built in 1905 (Meiji 38), where one of the Kobe Hejinkan was relocated, and is a Yōkan of the National Register Tangible Cultural Property. Antique furniture made in England from the Victorian era is laid out in the shop, and the atmosphere is outstanding.
