Share Udon noodles in an old house in the Edo period♪"Waraya"

The "Waraya", located at the foot of Yashima and adjacent to the village of Shikoku, is one of the prefecture's premier pot-fried udon noodles, using old private houses from the late Edo period.

Kamaage udon (540 yen per portion), which is a full-fledged dashi that sticks to the ingredients such as kelp from Hokkaido, is perfect! The scented dashi, which is flavored with Iriko, is appetizing. The udon noodles are soft and coshi, and are rich in wheat flavor. Two or more servings will be served in a large wooden tub.

Healthy udon noodles "Ayauta seimen" to taste surrounded by rice fields
"Ayauta seimen" is a self-style udon noodle restaurant where you can enjoy a meal while looking out at the rural landscape outside the window.

You can enjoy the specialty noodles made by artisanal hands except rough kneading, which mixes wheat and salt water, along with local ingredients such as vegetables from the prefecture and olive beef. "Olive Beef Bukkake Udon" is an irresistible dish with the flavor of the olive beef umami served in luxury and the sweetness of the carefully fried onion!

Broccoli from the prefecture gets on top of the noodles; chopsticks sunder the aromas of garlic oil.

It is a shop of a single family, standing in an idyllic landscape surrounded by rice fields.
