What is Morioka cold noodles? A shop that sticks to handmade cold noodles since its inception in 1965. The noodles, which are kneaded after receiving the order, are strong and go well with the full-bodied soup made with carefully selected wagyu beef, homemade kimchi dedicated to cold noodles. There are four types of cold noodles: small spicy (Sho-kara), medium spicy (Chu-kara), large spicy (O-kara), and polar spicy (Goku-kara). It is recommended to choose another spicy (Betsu-kara) that can be adjusted for the first time!
