Mirai Festa 2024

It is dedicated to the Takaoka Atago Shrine in late August every year to pray for fire and sickness relief, as well as family safety, and five-million-year-old. Starting with a event called "Yinin", the shrine is wrapped in a burning fire by the fireworks of hand cylinders. It is said that canceling this event will cause great misfortune in the area, and is still continuing. The occurrence of the Takaoka-ryūzō is considered to be the beginning of the Edo period, and was reportedly created by a villager as red and black spiders fly down from a large tree at the time of the festival of Jinshō. The composition and techniques of gunpowder are considered to be secret, and the tradition is currently being kept by the "Takaoka Ryūzanakai".

It is said to have been devised by Matsushita Ishimi-shige, who was the lord of the castle from the Middle Ages to the early modern era. It is also said that Shiga was a gunpowder man who handled an iron gun. From a relationship in which Yoshiemon Ohashi, who served as a vassal, was an assistant, he was taught to concoction gunpowder and so on, and named him Matsushita-ryu. The festival at the Kohari Atago Shrine is carried out every year on the evening of August 23, and the next day, 24, a fire is dedicated. It is currently dedicated to praying for and dedicated fire protection, and is preserved and handed down by the Xiaozhang Matsushita Ryugan Fire Preservation Society.
