Hakata Tsunoba Udon

Noko Udon Mill

Karo no Uron

A udon restaurant founded in 1882 (Meiji 15) with the name "Kaku no Udon" became Hakata Namari. It features sweet and flavorful dashi and soft noodles with hand-made soft noodles. Gobbo Tenuron 650 yen, Mentaiko Uron 950 yen, etc.

Baoyuntei

A store of steamed-baked dumplings that has continued since 1949. It is said to be the beginning of the first generation, which was pulled from China after the war, when Mongolian dumplings were reproduced in Hakata. The original taste is gentle with plenty of onion without the use of garlic.

Hakata Gion Iron Nabe

A specialty dumpling shop where pictures of entertainers are displayed all over the walls of the store, indicating its popularity. By putting a wooden lid over a pot of griddle, the surface is crisp and the inside is made of hokhoku-hoku dumplings. It is served as an iron plate, so it is nice that the hot state continues to the end.

Ramen Stadium

A food theme park located in Canal City Hakata, where the most famous ramen people from Japan meet together to compete for the taste of each restaurant.
