Italian on a small hill by the grass wall port of Shōzu Island. Tanikawa rice grain shop

The udon shop, a rice grain shop, is located on the prefectural border between Kagawa and Tokushima, and is nestled in the mountains. It is a translucent fresh udon, and the noodles themselves have a solid taste. One of the "nukuin" and "tsumetai" noodles is tangled with soy sauce, vinegar, shimi, and homemade green chilli tsukudani mixed with each other according to your taste. There is a tent in front of the store so that you can eat outside.
