Body-friendly dishes that make use of island materials such as Shimano vegetables, seafood and Ishigaki beef that can be picked up locally are popular. They do not use chemical condiments or processed products, and they are used to bring out the taste of the ingredients. Drinks are also substantial, and there are specialty sake for sake and shochu as well as awamori. There is a rich menu that makes use of fresh locally produced ingredients. We use vegetables, herbs, fruits, sea grapes, etc. of our own plantations. We recommend salt sushi and sea grape nigiri to be eaten with mineral-rich stone wall salt of 10,000 yen.
