緑豊かな奥河内の魅力を発信する「奥河内くろまろの郷」。ビジターセンターやレストラン、農産物直売所などがあるお出迎えエリアと、「大阪府立 花の文化園」や「河内長野市立ふるさと歴史学習館」、交流農園などのある体験エリアからなる人気の観光スポットだ。道の駅となっているお出迎えエリアのメイン施設は、インフォメーションにカフェ、ジュース工房、かわちもん物産店などが入った奥河内ビジターセンター。新鮮な野菜や果物が並ぶJA大阪南農産物直売所や、地場食材で作った野菜天ぷらやピザ、デザートなどが味わえる地産地消のビュッフェレストランも人気があり、奥河内ならではの恵みに出合える。

河内長野市が目指す「潤いと活気のある緑の健康都市」その文化の拠点として誕生したのが河内長野市立文化会館「ラブリーホール」。クラシック・コンサートをはじめギャラリー展示、会合など、幅広い目的に対応できる機能を擁している。多岐にわたる芸術・文化情報を発信できる場として活用。

平成2年(1990)に開園した、花に憩い、花に学び、花で交流する花の文化施設。約10万平方mという広大な園内には、入園ゲートの装飾花壇をはじめ、ボタン・シャクヤク園やバラ園、梅園、アジサイ園などのガーデン、ピラミッド型の大温室、工芸・園芸の設備のある花の工房と、花をテーマとしたさまざまな施設が点在。四季折々の花を満喫できる散策道が整備され、芝生広場やイベント広場、研修室では、マルシェや屋外イベント、各種の教室も開催。レストランやショップもあり、咲き誇る季節の花を巡って一日ゆっくりと過ごせる。

役行者[えんのぎょうじゃ]が開き、弘法大師が再興したといわれる寺。金堂は室町初期の建立で、国宝指定。本尊の如意輪観音も国宝だ。梅をはじめ、ツツジ・紅葉・椿など四季各々の花木が美しい花の寺としても有名。

聖武天皇の勅願により行基が開基。後白河法皇の妹、八条女院が弘法大師像を安置し、女性が仏縁を結ぶ霊場として「女人高野」と呼ばれる。宝物館には仏教美術品を奉納。周辺は天野山森林公園でハイキング途中の参拝客も多い。

多数の滝が点在する滝畑周辺は、昔から滝畑四十八滝として知られる。

Tents are basic to bring in, but in summer, the use of permanent tents is also recommended. The barbecue place where you can set up a barbecue rostre or stove is brought with you, and if you rent cooking equipment and tableware, you can easily enjoy the barbecue even for beginners outdoors. Day trips are also possible, but all facilities and equipment are by appointment. In the garden area, let's enjoy nature by observing plants and watching the starry sky.

大阪府と奈良県の県境にそびえる金剛山の西山腹、標高600mにある自然豊かなマス釣り場。釣り場は、千早川の渓流を利用した一般釣り場と目方釣り場のほか、ルアー・フライ専用の釣り場がある。魚はレインボートラウトやイワナ、アマゴなど。一般釣り場では、レンタルした竿を片手に大人も子どもも一緒になって釣りを楽しむ姿が。100g140円で釣った魚を塩焼きやから揚げなどに調理もしてくれ、食堂ではにじます料理のほかうどん・そばなども提供している。

Sweets made from terraced rice made in the village are recommended for souvenirs.

It is full of information about the nature and starry sky of Mount Kumgang. In addition to the stargazing station, which has a 400mm diameter reflective astronomical telescope, there is also a corner and a learning space to introduce the history and nature of Mount Kumgang.
