Yodo Castle Site

A castle built by the Tokugawa shogunate in the main area of the city on the border between Kyo and Osaka. From Kyoho 8 (1723) to the end of the Tokugawa period, it was the residence of Inaba and 18,000 stones. Although it was destroyed in the Meiji Restoration, the stone walls of the Honmaru site and part of the inner moat remain, remembrance of the ancient times. In addition, it is reported that the palace of Hideyoshi's Aikyō Yodo-kun was located around the Kansho Myoji Temple, 500m northeast of Yodo Castle.

Seongnam Palace

Kichijoin Tenma Palace

It was the first Tenma Palace to be founded on the land of birth by Emperor Suzaku in the year 934, which is the 31st year after the death of Michizane Sugawara. Earlier, Michizane's grandfather, Prince Kiyoshi, who was accompanied by Emperor Tsunemu as a doctor of writing along with Heian Seito, encountered a storm while traveling to Tang under the order of the ambassador of Tang, and gained the inspiration of Kichijo Tenjo on board. Anrakujuin

A Japanese confectionery store that sells mainly in Kyoto Nameka and Ikutsubashi. 70 yen for one Komachi Hanaden of Yatsubashi with tsubu paste. There are two types of Nikki flavor and matcha flavor, and it is convenient to be packaged one by one to prevent drying. It is a piece of fabric from Mikasa, wrapped in whole raw yatsubashi with grain paste, and is used for 140 yen.

Momota Farm

Because of the high-level cultivation, large-sized strawberries with a high sugar content can be picked while standing by plenty of sunlight. There is also direct sale of strawberries and sale of processed products.

TOKINOHA Ceramic Studio

"TOKINOHA Ceramic Studio" is located in the Shimizu-ware housing complex where Kyoto's traditional crafts, Shimizu-ware's shōgen, a restaurant, and writers gather. It is a complex with a glass-fronted workshop in the middle of the store, where you can sell items and experience pottery (electric-powered locuro experience and easy-yaki experience). Special drinks such as "Liquid Tokinosumi" and "Liquid Tokinodoro" are also attractive.

Higashiyama Driveway

A sightseeing road that runs through the vicinity of the peak of Higashiyama Renpong. It is a 3.5km total course of Seikōji to Shōzoku-muka to Kujo-san. You can see the city of Kyoto at the Shōzoku Observation Deck along the way. There is no route bus, but the regular sightseeing bus has a course to enjoy the night view from the observation deck.

Kyoto City Daigo Central Library

Complex "Paseo Daigoroh" Library on the 4th floor of West Building. In the picture book and children's book area, there is a space where you can take off your shoes, and there is a space where you can change diapers and feed your baby. There are plenty of events for children, such as "Baby Picture Book Association" for 0-2 years old, and "Onyushikai" for children and elementary school lower grades.
