A prefectural park that makes use of the rich natural environment. There is a view garden with a representation of the nature and landscape of the East Mikawa River, a valley in the Mikawa locality with a recreation of the old-fashioned paddy landscape, and a square with the theme of giant wooden play equipment and the post town of Tōkaidō.
