フランス菓子界の至宝とも称えられるミッシェル・ブランの路面店。自然素材にこだわり丁寧に手作りされるショコラはフランスから空輸。ケーキ・マカロン・フランス伝統の焼き菓子、アイスクリームなども充実。

菊最中1個(大)162円 (小)108円「最中づくり一筋」をかかげる和菓子店。十勝産や丹波産などの最高級小豆を使い、昔ながらの製法で作る看板商品。客足をみながら中の餡を詰めている。月に3日間のみの限定販売の献上最中[けんじょうもなか]260円も人気。建物は名古屋市の認定地域建造物資産に認定されている。

新鮮なフルーツと餡をやわらかい羽二重餅でくるんだ和菓子おほほっ(6個入り1320円)。フルーツは季節によりピオーネやサクランボに変わる。イチゴには色も上品な白餡を使用。名鉄百貨店本店にも取扱いあり。

五町公園内にある市民プール。7月中旬～8月下旬の期間に開場される屋外プールで、25mプールと水深80cm～1mの学童用プール、水深30～40cmの幼児用プールがある。

A vast green space park of about 400,000 sq m built by using the Odai amusement park on the Shonai River. Centred around a 35,000-square-meter lawn square, it is a naughty square with playground equipment, a picnic square (day campsite) where you can barbecue, a multi-purpose square where you can enjoy nanohana, sunflowers and cosmos every season, a boat pond and wild bird forest, as well as there are also sports facilities such as tennis courts and track and field. There are also plenty of flower spots, such as Nagoya's leading rose garden with about 80 species of 2500 shares, Hanashoubu garden with about 18,000 shares, and about 1000 cherry blossoms. Water play in the large fountain is popular with children.
