Soba-based experience Kannon-tei

Museo Nosaka Automata

A rare museum that specializes in automata. An automata is a karakuri doll created based on the mechanism of a watch, which was the most advanced technology in Europe in the 17th to 19th centuries. It is also called an "automatic machine doll", because of its advanced and artistry. It was loved by the royal nobility and the wealthy of the time. The complex and delicate movements that match the sound of music boxes and whistles, powered by a single mainspring, are also the cornerstone of the movement of the robot, and you can enjoy the fantastic world where automata can be seen by their movements, costumes, subjects, etc.

Museum of Ceramics and Glass Trees

The museum is marked by a "yammoro tree", which is about 500 years old. There are about 3000 pieces of Chinese art on display, including colorful "tonbo balls", which were born by the hands of ancient people, as well as pottery toys and perfume bottles of the Qing Dynasty nobility. Izu Music Box Hall
