On the first floor, the Folklore Museum provides a description of the scenery of the forest industry's Oigawa Ryōmō, which once supported life, and the local traditional performing art of Umezu Kagura, with videos, dolls and exhibition panels. Agriculture tools and household items are also displayed, showing how people live in the land. Specimens of plants and animals around Nagashima Dam are displayed on the second floor. Many photographs of the natural environment of the town's highest peak, Mt. Take 30 minutes.

A 30-minute walk from the hot spring town is a bridge of dreams passed to the Oama Dam, and there is also an observation deck when you cross it. The walking path is around 1 hour and 30 minutes.

A souvenir shop in front of Sento Station. "Yanbai" means "good anbai" in local words. There are specialty products such as Kawane tea 100g 540 yen, dried shiitake salmon 540 yen, and country miso 700g 540 yen handmade at private homes. Jumbo skewers 450 yen and SL ware 150 yen are sold at street stalls only on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and event days.

The southern Alps apo and line (Igawa Line), which has the steepest slope in Japan in the ordinary railway, which is 90 times 1000 minutes. The nation's only Apt-style locomotive moves up the slope with force, biting gears. The scenery along the line is also unparalleled. In the main facility, there is a tea room where you can experience the delicious brewing of the town's famous Kawane tea, and a local museum that introduces the history of the tea business. There is also the "Nakakawane Silhouette Gallery", which has a permanent display of shadow paintings by Seiji Fujishiro depicting the four seasons of the local area. At the Fureai tea corner, you can enjoy the Kawane tea set and the summer-only shaved ice "Kawane tea gratta kekka". There is also a souvenir shop with lawn square and specialty products from Kawane-cho.
