Marine Park Omaezaki Beach

It is a cove-type artificial beach, and the waves are always calm, so many people are familiar from children to the elderly. In addition, there is a prefectural natural park nearby, and there are loggerhead sea turtles in the vicinity of the swimming beach.

Omaezaki Long Beach

As a sacred place for windsurfing, a beach that also attracts attention from professional windsurfers around the world. World competitions such as windsurfing, surfing, and bodyboarding are also held, and the atmosphere of being in a foreign country is also held. Great for dating spots too. Long Beach and the area behind it is the Omaezaki-Tōshū-Nada Prefectural Natural Park area, where you can enjoy nature.

Omaezaki City Tourism House Nabura Hall

Located in a corner of Omaezaki Port. In a modern building with wave and wind motifs, a general information center with various brochures. The top floor is an observation room. It takes 30 minutes.

Omaezaki Lighthouse

A lighthouse set up to protect the safety of ships traveling offshore Omaezaki. It was the beginning that the night lighthouse was placed in Kanei 12 (1635), and was later reborn as the present Western-style lighthouse in Meiji 7 (1874) under the guidance of the English engineer Blanton. On the 17m-high observation deck, the great ocean of the Pacific Ocean opens up to the front, and the panorama that looks out to the horizontal line is stunning.

Yasuji Kiyokawa Art Gallery, Omaezaki City

A collection of works by Yasuji Kiyokawa (1919-2000), a Western painter from Hamamatsu City. Kiyokawa's work is known for its unique craftsmanship, which consists of only colors, lines and faces. Not only paintings and objects, but also buildings with a triangular roof were donated by Kiyokawa. Of the collection of about 300 items, about 120 items are always on display according to the theme. It is characterized by no title in any of the works. It takes 30 minutes.

Omaezaki Cape Park

Omaezaki, which protrudes into the Pacific Ocean, is a spectacular spot where you can see the morning sun and the sunset. Omaezaki Cape Park is a park built at the tip of Omaezaki with the theme of "harmony between nature and the earth". From the Omaezaki Lighthouse, which was lit for the first time in 1874, to the observation deck "Sunset and Wind", the park is maintained around a 1.5km promenade with monuments and benches, the observation deck "Sunset and Wind", where the statue of the tide stands, is recognized as a sacred place for lovers. It is a place where you can hear the sound of pleasant waves and enjoy a romantic walk with a view of the horizontal line.

Mouse mound, cat mound

A stele erected from the legend of return of rats and cats. One day, a large mouse, spooked as a traveling monk, pounced on the priest, but two cats helped him with this. The villagers, who saw both the mouse and the cat lost their breath, buried only the cat thickly. It is said that one mouse appeared on the village chief's dream pillow that night, promising safety at sea and great fishing.
