A long-established inn founded in the late Edo period, this is an inn in Shimoda-kawachi Onsen. Day bathing is also popular. In addition to the women-only Manba-no-yu, which is a total Hiba-built and has four bath vessels, and the single-sex open-air bath with toutseyu and bubble baths, there are also private baths, and all of the bath-free vessels are distributed by their own source.

It produces and sells hand-baked rice crackers using flour, butter, milk and eggs. There are only two types of products: 600 yen for 12 boxes of milk crackers and 540 yen for 18 bags of miso crackers. It features the aroma of milk and the subtle taste of miso. Milk rice crackers used to be a specialty of Shimoda, but now only this shop. Please note that there are days when there is no product.

"A shop specializing in dog goods & a coffee shop where dogs can play" with a very pleasant scent of wood. Fashionable collars and leads from small to large dogs are lined up in the store. The dog-related sundries are also substantial, so it's fun to look for souvenirs and presents for the Wan buddies. You can also spend time with your pet dog while drinking coffee in the lawn garden (dog park). Other than the dock run, the lead is worn, and when viewing the product in the store, let's connect it to a fixed hook or hold it.

A building belonging to Yukari Yoshida, a great man of the Bakumatsu era, remains at the Rendaiji Onsen on a quiet mountain, away from the buzz of Shimoda. It is also known as Shimoda's Okuzashiki, and is a place where high-end inns line up along the Inaozawa River and Rendaiji River. The private house that Yoshida Matsuin fabled when he attempted to stow away on the black ship remains, and it is published as the Yoshida Matsuin Fables. In a building that used to be the mother house of the doctor Murayama Yukimaro [Gyoumarou] family, the two-floor hiding space where the pine-yin lurked has been preserved as it was in the situation at the time.

The Uehara Museum of Art was born on November 3, 2017, when the Uehara Museum of Buddhist Art and the Uehara Museum of Modern Art became one. The Buddhist theater houses a wide range of Buddhist art, from the statues of Buddha from the Heian and Kamakura periods, to the ancient classical sutras from the Nara period, and the statues of Buddha from the modern and modern times. Smoked dried fish such as Kinme, Muroaji and Sanma, which can be eaten as it is, is also popular. The dried fish is from 594 yen to 1 piece of golden fish, 108 yen to true horse, and there are a wide variety of mackerel, squid, saury, muro, and kamas. You can also bake it in the charcoal-fire hearth in the store and eat it (coal cost 216 yen). The experience of making dried fish is 1650 yen to take home five horse mackerel (reservation required).

The Suzaki area, located on the east side of Shimoda, is an old-fashioned fishing village where marlin fishing is popular, so there are many marlin fishing events. There are experience courses recommended for beginners and women.

In Shimoda, the beach is like a hole; a mini swimming beach full of private sensations, where the waves are also calm; and it's nice for children, too.

It is 10,000 square meters wide and is a public-owned flower garden where you can enjoy the flowers of all seasons. Rapeseed, chickenwood, salvia and pansies are all over. In the greenhouse, you can see southern fruit trees such as papaya and mango.
