Izu Animal Kingdom

A vast leisure land located on the hill of Izu Inatori Onsen. In the "animal zone", which ranges from fierce beasts such as white tigers, lions, and cheetahs, to herbivores such as giraffes and zebras, to petting small animals such as capybaras and armadillos, it is possible to get close to animals. There are also "Play Zone", an amusement park full of attractions for families to enjoy, such as Sandy Creek and the Great Ferris Wheel, and "Sports Zone" with a putter golf course, golf range, and dog runs that can be enjoyed in nature.

Okawa Onsen Takegasawa Park

Takegasawa Park, centered around crystal clear water and ponds, is a beautiful natural garden that gives you a sense of the four seasons of Japan. You can feel the breath of the moving season and enjoy the time to flow slowly. Every year around June, there are events of the Hotaru Festival.

Inatori Hosono Plateau

A plateau that stretches about 3km northwest of Izu-Inatori Station. You can enjoy picking wild plants from mid-April to early May, and fill up in the Susuki field in autumn from October to November. You can also do sky sports such as paragliding.

Atsumi Onsen no Yuku Hiratsukuru

It is located in Abreshiro Onsen and boasts a view facing Sagami Bay. The bathhouses that can be enjoyed by day bathing are a large bathhouse with an open-air bath and a private open-air bath. The open-air bath in the large bath is popular as an "open-air bath floating in the sea", and you can feel as if you are connected to the sea in Ajiyo. In addition, "Shiosai", which is sold as a slogan of "floating open-air bath floating in the sky", feels like floating at the hot spring town of Atami if you immerse yourself in a bath full of hot water. Hot springs that spring from 300m underground boast transparency and the density of hot spring ingredients.

Mase Honten

A long-established Japanese confectionery store long-established in Atami, founded in 1872. Seasonal Japanese sweets using their vaunted koshi and tsubu paste, such as "Izuno Odoko", which has surpassed half a century since its release, and "Izuno Hatsuto" and "Izuno no Yamazoto", are available in the store. Please cool down the summer-only jelly "Izu Mikan", which uses several kinds of citrus fruits such as Izu's sweet summer citrus and summer mandarin oranges.

Mase Ashiro Ekimae Store

A Japanese confectionery store with a reputation for its original confectionery, including the Japanese confectionery "Izuno Odoko". It is one of the branches of Amami's Japanese-style Japanese-style Japanese-style confectionery store founded in 1872 (Meiji 5), and has a wide variety of seasonal Japanese sweets as well as the main store. "Kuro Kimpa" is a popular product made from five kernels (black rice, black beans, black sesame, etc.). The finish uses natural salt from Izu Oshima and Okinawa, and the aftertaste is refreshed. At the calm tea shop at the back of the store, enjoy honey and zenzai.

Oyama Linhai Park

A park facing Taga Bay. In addition to play equipment and a lawn square, the park also includes a multi-purpose gymnasium, the South Atami Marine Hall, a multi-purpose square, and a tennis court, and is also used as a sports and recreation ground.

Ginza of Aisai String

Dried fish shops follow along the main road; mackerel, mackerel and other items that have been washed up in the fishing port with old-fashioned hand-wringing and sun-dried to dried fish; and taste it on the day you bought it.

Haya Temple (Hase Kanon)

It is located on the hillside of a mountain that goes around the coastline through two tunnels from the town of Ajiyo. The main temple is a wooden statue of Sōyōnen, which is transmitted to the work of the monk Gyōki from the Nara period, and is opened every 33 years (opened 1996). The precinct has a beautiful bamboo forest and is lined with 33 statues of stone. Good view of Sagami Bay and first island.

Myokuyu

Led by a signboard in front of Amisiro Onsen on National Route 135, turn right, and stand in a quiet mountain that ran about 2km. There is a large bath for both sexes in the hall, and the stone bath with a cypress on the edge has a high ceiling and a feeling of openness. The open-air bath of the rockwork that leads to the outside is covered, so you can take a bath in peace on a rainy day. Enzyme bath (3300 yen with enzyme sorption rental) is made by blending rice bran with ogre flour such as cypress and other rice bran for natural fermentation, which is effective for metabolism. In the hall, you can enjoy dishes that stick to natural food.
