Japan International Poster Museum

It is the only poster museum in the country to present and present about 10,000 posters from around the world, including works by Lautrec, the founder of modern posters.

Ogaki-shi Moriya Tatashi Museum

The museum displays works by Moriya Tashi Ago, a Japanese painter from the city of Ogaki who has been active as a leading figure in history painting, set in a hospital exhibition. It contains more than 3300 pieces, including works from the Ogaki City collection, as well as works donated and deposited by Moriya in conjunction with the opening of the museum. The exhibition is held five times a year to match the theme and season.

It is a popular tourist spot visited by tourists from inside and outside the prefecture as a scenic spot in the city of Saimi, Gifu Prefecture. Ogaki City Suitopia Center, Children's Science Plaza, Water Pavilion Cosmodome

In the "Water Pavilion" where you can learn about water, the planetarium "Cosmodome", and "Children's Science Plaza", there are exhibitions on the theme of the earth and space, and hands-on items where you can learn science while playing. In particular, "Space Walk", where you can experience gravity on the moon on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, is very popular with children.

Ogaki City Local Hall

It was opened in 1985 to commemorate the 350 years since Toda Shitetsu reigned over the area after the Battle of Sekigahara. On display are portraits and bronze statues of the successive Ogaki feudal lord Toda. It also holds a large number of valuable art objects, including drawings of feudal lords and local Saiken.

Ogaki City Oku Hosomichi Musubi no Land Memorial Hall

In the land of Musubi, Ogaki, where the poet Matsuo Basho completed his journey through Oku no Hosomichi, a facility where Basho can relive the Oku no Hosomichi. The memorial hall is composed of Basho-kan, Saken-kan, and a sightseeing and exchange hall. Basho-kan introduces the outline of "Oku-no-no-michi" in 200-inch powerful 3D video, along with an exhibition room that interprets the "Oku-no-no-michi". In addition, there is a product corner called "Basho-an", which is a collection of Ogaki's taste stores in one hall, and also sells Basho-related goods along with famous products. The tour takes about one hour.

Ogaki City Kamiizuzu Green Village Park

A park rich in nature with beautiful scenery of the four seasons. There are outdoor and sports facilities, including athletic, barbecues and tennis courts, as well as accommodation, which can be enjoyed by children and adults. Various experience classes that make use of nature are held from time to time (some reservations required). On the lawn square, there is also a loan of play equipment (for a fee), so you can play at ease all day.

Ogaki Park

In the center of the city of Ogaki, the Ogaki Castle Tenkaku (entrance fee of 100 yen, free under 18 years old) rises in 1959, in a garden of about 3.10,000 square meters. It is a cherry blossom spot in the west, where 30 types and about 200 cherry trees can be seen, and it is filled with many flower visitors every year.

Sumimata Overnight Castle (Ogaki City Sumimata Historical Museum)

Sumimata Castle is said to have been built overnight by Tōkichirō Kinoshita (later Hideyoshi Toyotomi) on the order of Nobunaga during the invasion of Mino. It is now a historical museum with the structure of the castle tower, rather than the fort of the time. The exhibition in the museum focuses on the path of Sumimata and Hideyoshi.
