Central Alps Komagatake Ropeway

It takes about 8 minutes from Shirabidaira Station at an altitude of 1662m to Sōjashiki Station at an altitude of 2612m. The height difference is 950m, the highest in Japan. When you get off the ropeway, you will see a view of the Southern Alps, including Mount Fuji and Sendashiki curls, and alpine plants bloom all over in the summer. Due to the regulation of my car, I use a bus from the parking lot to the ropeway station.

Syojki Curl

About 20,000 years ago, Sōjiki curl was named because the terrain that spread flat in a semicircular depression formed by erosion of the slow flow of the glacier was described as the size of a tatami thousand tatami mat. From Shirabidaira at the foot, a ropeway to Sengatashiki at an altitude of 2612m in about 8 minutes. There is a promenade, and you can enjoy a hike of about 50 minutes per lap while watching the scenery. You can see bright autumn leaves such as alpine plants in summer and rowan in autumn.

Sword pond

A small pond formed by mountain spring water flowing into curl terrain cut by glaciers. Only a small period of summer will water and become a pond. Mount Baokendake, which is projected on the transparent surface of the water, is stunning and beautiful, and has become a photo spot as a hidden spot of Syojashiki Curl.

Hot water in open-air fist

Just a 3-minute drive from the Komagane IC in Chūō-do. The day-trip natural hot spring "Open-air Kobushi no Uto" in the Komagane Kogen Family Travel Village. In a spacious open-air bath, you can relax in a spacious wood-deck space, let alone take a bath.

Water of the water

A day bathing facility where you can enjoy Sintaro Onsen in the beautiful nature at the foot of Mount Kiso Komagatake. Komakane Plateau Family Travel Village Alps Hills

Komagane Kogen Family Travel Village is a five-minute drive from Komagane IC in Chūō-do. Camping RESORT with outstanding access. In addition to the auto camp site, you can choose a site that suits the way of enjoying such as the grand site of the full lawn, Kevin. The vast grounds are also equipped with playground equipment facilities such as the one-day bathing facility "Open-air Kobushi no Uto" and the Go-Kart Linlin Circle, which is popular with children. A campsite that can satisfy families and beginners as well as full-fledged campers. There is also a Komagatake Ropeway near the campsite, which can be reached casually up to an altitude of 2612m.

Aqua-Loman Komakane Garden

Strawberries grown using the melting water of the Alps on a site of 1200 tsubo are delicious. It is easy for both adults and children to pick because the fruits are 100cm above the ground.

Kōzen-ji Garden

Kōzen-ji Honbo, the garden of the Tsukiyama Sensui-shiki [Tsukiyama Sensuishiki] in the back of the guest hall; the azalea June, the autumn of the autumn leaves is particularly beautiful and delights the eyes of visitors.

Kōzen-ji Benten-do

It is located in Kōzen-ji Temple, and is an ancient building that shows the style of the Muromachi period in Hōgata-zō Iki-zukuri (Hōgyo-zukuri), and is designated as a national important cultural property along with the kitchen of Hōgata-zuki (Hōgyo-zukuri), which is housed inside.

Light Temple Triple Tower

The only three-story pagoda of Minami-Shinshu, written by a carpenter, Kazushiro Tachikawa, in the precinct of Kōzen-ji Temple. It has a remarkable 17-meter-high, well-balanced figure and sculpture. It is designated as the prefectural treasure of Nagano Prefecture.
