Picture Island Surrounding House

Eshima (1681-1741), who was one of the maids of Ooku and climbed to the old age, became a long-distance [onuru] from Edo to Takato on the grounds that he broke his curfew at a play show and a banquet during the grave visit of the 6th Shōgun Ienori. For 27 years, until he ended his life at the age of 61, he would be confined to an enclosed house. The residence of the time was reproduced on the site of the history museum based on a view and is open to the public. It is said that only two meals in the morning and evening (one soup and one dish) were not allowed to read or interact with the outside, and he lived a very frugal life. The shirkness of the surrounding wall speaks of its harshness.

Fureai Exchange Center Oshiba no Yu

A one-day hot spring facility that stands in a corner of the Minami-Minawa Village General Sports Park, where baseball fields, general athletic fields, multi-purpose plazas, and accommodation facilities are maintained. The facility has a substantial content, and the inside of the building is designed to be barrier-free. The bathhouses include "Matsunoyu" surrounded by red pine forest and "Hinoki no oyu" surrounded by cypress forest, while the large bathhouses include large bathtubs and saunas, and source milky baths where ultra-fine bubble devices bubble white. The outdoor bath has different specifications such as the jacksie and the rock bath, so men and women are replaced every Friday.

Oshiba Kogen Sports Park

You can enjoy a variety of sports in a lush green environment, covered with red pine trees and cypress trees. There is a mallet golf, an all-weather tennis court and athletic course, as well as an indoor sports ground and an auto campsite (rate: ¥ 4300 per yard). After the sports, let's sweat with natural hot springs Oshiba no yu (fee: 500 yen, time: 10 o'clock to 21:30, holiday: Thursday).

Minowa Onsen Nagata no Uto

A day-trip hot spring facility in the Nagata Nature Park with leisure facilities centered on camps. The facility consists of a private house-style rest wing and a kura-built bathhouse wing. Both are unified in the image of modern Japanese style. The single-sex bathhouse with a view of the Southern Alps is a large bathhouse with a spacious sauna and an open-air bath with a whirlpool. You can relax in the eating and drinking corner and the rest room. There is also an accommodation facility adjacent to it.

Red Soba Village

Akasoba "Takamine Ruby 2011" is the largest in Japan on a growing scale, and the flowering period is from mid-September to early October. A 4.2 hectare red soba field spread at an altitude of 900m. The sight suddenly opens up when you escape a thin road surrounded by forest, and the sight appears to have been laid with a bright red carpet.

Minawa Town Local Museum

It consists of four departments: local folk, nature, archaeology and history, and fine arts, from excavated archaeological materials to actual living tools, photographs, panels, and Japanese paintings with a connection to the town. It displays all materials showing the history of Minawa Town. In the living room, which was relocated and restored from a private house in the town, an irori is placed and recreates the state of the Showa 30 s. The front yard displays the ED19-1 of electric locomotives. You can also tour the interior.

Nagata Natural Park

A 235,000-square-meter nature park at the foot of the mountain in the central Alps. In addition to forest bathing while walking along the promenade, you can also enjoy various sports such as a 72-hole mallet golf (fee: 200 yen per day) and an indoor tennis field (fee: 500 yen per hour per side). Cabins (rate: 19,000 yen per night), air-conditioning and heating accommodations, and auto campsites (1 ward: 4000 yen) are set up in the park. Minowa Onsen is also close to a 10-minute walk.

Shinshu Ina Umeen

It boasts an extensive site of about 70,000 sq m, with trees producing four seasons of flowers. From early to mid-April, signposts and kōmei are seen, and from mid-April to early May, weeping peaches followed by Yae cherry blossoms and Ukon cherry blossoms. From mid-June to mid-July, plum mogi begins. The local area is a place where people from the Jōmon and Yayoi periods lived, and a replica of a clay figure excavated from the neighborhood has been restored in the garden area.

Mount Arashiyama Sports Park

At an altitude of 764m, Mount Arakin is dotted with recreational facilities on a site of about 35ha. Nighter-equipped tennis courts and baseball fields, multi-purpose indoor athletic fields, gymnasium, sports complex including bouldering rooms, World Insect House, etc. There is also a museum with works by people from Ina Valley. There are lodging facilities and day-trip hot spring facilities in the park.

Tatsuno Museum of Art

The museum has an impressive look of the temple style that stands on top of the hill in Kojin Mountain Park. A Western-style painting by Kogen Nakagawa, who learned from Matisse early, a short-lived sculptor, Shichiju Nakamura, and a pure-hearted nude statue of Setodanji, there are enough works to look at, such as the works of Kiyoshi Yamashita who stayed in Tatsuno for a month. A collection of Li Dynasty's dyeing and masked clay figurines is also on display. Every year from February to March, the Hina doll exhibition is a masterpiece. It takes 40 minutes.
