Swan Garden Azumino

The shopping spot is just a short distance from the Nagano Expressway Azumino IC, which has 16 stores, including restaurants, outdoor goods, amusement facilities and bookstores, from shops where Japanese sweets and other specialty products from the local area can be bought.

Azumino Air Ship (Clear Boat Experience)

Tatekawa, known as the Mei-Sui River, such as "Mei-Sui Hyakusei", selected by the Ministry of the Environment. From spring to autumn, you can enjoy a water walk on the river of spring water and water wheels. Azumino Rental Cycle & Rental Car Shinano Hermit

It has a total of more than 300 units according to applications such as electric assist, cross-bike, tandem, and children. All cars with three-speed gear even in the standard type. All the cycling courses selected by the shop can fully enjoy the beautiful nature of Azumino. Especially popular are the courses around the Wasabi farm and Azumino Swiss village while looking at the Northern Alps. There are also free lending services such as maps and hats.

Auto Campground Rest Forest

At an altitude of 750m and surrounded by a grove of larch trees, the tent site is powered by an all-section AC power. There is a clear stream of polished water in the mountains of the Northern Alps and singing of wild birds. In the daytime, you can look up at Jhonin-dake and Chougake-dake, and at night the full starry sky.

Horsland Azumino

The equestrian club has a wide range of horse farms overlooking the mountains of the Northern Alps. You can feel free to visit and enjoy a variety of riding experiences. The experience is from 1100 yen per hiki horse to 6600 yen for visitor riding.

Blueberry Azumino

A blueberry plantation in the southwestern part of Azumino, Nagano, at an altitude of about 660m. You can enjoy large and sweet blueberries for an unlimited amount of time while being blown by the crisp breeze of the plateau. 400g adults, 200g children with souvenirs. Admissions 1000 yen for adults and 500 yen for dwarfs.

Great Wasabi Farm

A wasabi farm that prawns as much as 120,000 tons of water a day on a sprawling site of 150,000 sq m. The spring water has been certified by the Environment Agency's "Japan Meisui Hyakushiki". It was also used as a location for the film Dream, directed by Akira Kurosawa, and the watermill [Suishagoya], which was built at the time, still blends into this landscape today. There is a walking path in the area, and a stand and a restaurant are provided at key points. Popular book wasabi soft serve 450 yen. Wasabi croquettes with wasabi stalks 250 yen.

Alp Garden

A high-tech farm using hot spring fever, in the countryside with a view of the Northern Alps. It is managed by a horticulturist, Isao Kobayashi, who is known for breeding succulent plants and caranchoe in the family Crasciaceae, and also cultivates original varieties of plantations in addition to cyclamen and begonia. You can see a rotating floriculture plant and a rainforest botanical garden. You can purchase colorful seasonal pot flowers at the exhibition shop. Tapestry making using succulents (1200 yen, 30 minutes required) is also popular.
