It is also famous as the largest hot spring resort in Hokkaido, and is a convenient base for sightseeing in Shiretoko. Hoheikyo Onsen, located in Jozankei, which is known as the back room of Sapporo, is a day-trip hot spring where you can enjoy hot springs and Indian curry flowing from 100% of the source. It boasts one of Japan's largest outdoor baths for more than 200 people at a time, and you can enjoy a fantastic snowy bath lit up in winter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
