They pair perfectly with a house-made dipping sauce made from a broth of bonito flakes and kelp, combined with a mellow kaeshi (soy-based sauce) that has been aged to enhance its flavor.\nThe \"Kakiage Tempura Seiro\" comes with two generous servings of soba.
