瓦片蕎麥麵

瓦蕎麥麵是一道特色料理，使用加入綠茶的蕎麥麵（茶蕎麥麵）製作，麵條呈現綠色，風味與一般蕎麥麵不同。將其置於燒得滾燙的瓦片上加熱，並搭配多種配料一起享用。
上層的麵條柔軟有嚼勁，底部的麵條則因瓦片的高溫烘烤而變得香脆。這讓您在品嚐茶蕎麥麵的濃郁風味時，也能享受到兩種不同的口感。
