The inn famous for our connection with the revolutionaries of the Meiji Restoration “Ishin no shishi”

「維新之湯」的浴槽據說建於德川幕府末期的1860年，是一處歷史文化資產。據說當時，來自長州、薩摩、土佐的勤王志士如高杉晉作、木戶孝允、西鄉隆盛、大久保利通、伊藤博文、大村益次郎、山縣有朋、井上馨、坂本龍馬，以及「七卿落」中的公卿三條實美等人，常在松田屋聚會，密謀倒幕與皇政復古，並曾在此浴槽中沐浴。
