It is held on the second Saturday of each month within the fish market at Nagashima Port (subject to change for location). About 10 shops, including shops and growers in the neighborhood, have opened stores, which are lined with specialities from the Eastern Kishu. Fish and shellfish, agricultural crops, confectionery, delicacies, and miscellaneous goods are sold in the port city, but the favorite is still fresh fish. Freshly fried fish are sold at a discount of 2-3 of the local price. In addition, the port city of Kiinagashima is held at the end of each year for about 10 consecutive days at the end of the year.
