Kitakami City is located in the middle of the Kitakami Basin in central Iwate Prefecture. "Kitakami beef" refers to Japanese beef with four or more grades of Japanese black hair raised in this blessed environment. Here is a yakiniku restaurant where you can fully enjoy dishes made from Hitomebore rice, vegetables, miso and wheat, including "Kitakami beef" produced by Western Development Co., Ltd., Japan's largest agricultural production corporation.
