A handmade soba shop located in front of Sasanoyu, Shibu Onsen Town. They shell their own shells and milled them with millstones, which have been coerced in the town of Shinano and in the city of Myoko. As the name suggests, a baker on a cloud at the summit of Yokote Mountain. The hot bread that starts baking before dawn is so popular that it sells from the end of the bake.
