It was founded in 1716 as a mawo-kaiya, and now the Nakagawa Shōshichi Shoten, which has a wide range of living miscellaneous goods throughout the country. In 2021, the company opened the Deer Monkey Fox Building, a complex in Naramachi, and is attracting more and more attention. This time, we introduce popular items, mainly Nara Honten limited items.

The Nara Honten, the flagship store of the Nakagawa Shōshichi Shoten, contains as many as 3000 items of daily necessities and sundries produced from Japanese crafts, and features highly designed and functional items ranging from kitchen utensils to clothing items.
