It takes about 18 minutes from Ueno to Urawa Station on the JR Utsunomiya Line and Keihin-Tōhoku Line. Japan Rail Pass is available

It takes about 42 minutes from Yoga IC to Urawa-Minami IC by Metropolitan Expressway.
[High-speed bus]
It takes about 50 minutes from Haneda Airport to Saitama Shintoshin Station.

■ From Osaka
[Railway]
Take the JR Tōkaidō Shinkansen "Nozomi" train from Shin-Osaka Station to Tokyo Station for about 2 hours 21 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes. For access from Tokyo Station to Urawa Station, see the Tokyo traffic column. About 3 hours and 15 minutes in total. The Japan Rail Pass requires an additional fee when using Nozomi.
[Car]
Suita IC to Urawa-Minami IC at Meishin Expressway/Shin Meishin Expressway/Ise Bay Expressway/Shin Tomei Expressway/Tomei Expressway/Capital Expressway for about 6 hours and 30 minutes.
