Uichi Memorial Museum of Nanohe Municipal Takashiyama

In addition, there is a demonstration selling corner of hand-made soba noodles and soba rice cakes, such as cassis, processed blueberry products and pickles, so you can enjoy a delicious experience unique to this area.

To ensure a safe and meaningful experience in nature, we have prepared facilities and environments that outdoor enthusiasts will love, such as auto campgrounds and cabin houses. From forest walks to firefly viewing and stargazing, the outdoor facility offers "great nature" that will satisfy children as well. The auto campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis for securing spots, regardless of whether reservations are made in advance or on the day. We also offer experiences like stick bread baking and pizza making (reservation required).

The ruins of a settlement accompanied by a Jōmon period midden, the largest in Aomori Prefecture, which has been designated a National Historic Site. As well as shellfish such as the snail and clams, bones from fish, mammals, and birds have also been excavated. In addition, the remains of the pit house, stone tools, earthenware, and accessories made of bone have also been found. Two pit houses have been restored and are now maintained as a historic site park.
