Forest Adventure Tateshina

A day bathing facility near the Venus Line. Adjacent to the elderly welfare facility, it looks good on the idyllic countryside with views of Mount Tateshina and Mount Yagatake. There are cold spring tubs and saunas with sleeping baths, which warm up to the core of the body by alternating bathing. The whole area is barrier-free, with floor heating as well.

It is located near the site of the Tsikuseishi, a site of the Middle Jomon period and designated as a special historical site of the country, and is surrounded by a larch forest, with views of Yagedake. The building is a clean one-story building. The single-sex bathhouse has a simple configuration with a sauna and toutage, and a rock-built open-air bath with a view of larch forest outside. The outer garden of the Yaguchi and the open-air bath is decorated with a vessel that resembles Jomon pottery. After bathing, you can take a break in the tatami and carpet-lined hall.

A scenic location with a sweeping view of Mount Yatsugatake looms to the east and the Northern Alps to the west. A magic mirror is used for the glass of the great bathhouse in the view, and you can enjoy the hot springs with peace of mind. The bathhouse, divided into east and north, alternates between men and women by week. Underfloor heating is adopted for the whole building, and the barrier-free and friendly design.
