山ノ上のサクラ

One of the largest adventure parks in the Chukyo area located within "Gifu Seiryu Satoyama Park." The "Mega Zip(R)" is a popular activity in the park, allowing participants to glide above the trees on a 333m long course while wearing a special harness. Children can reach speeds of about 30 km/h, while adults can exceed 40 km/h, providing an exhilarating experience. The "Aerial" course, available for those over 120 cm tall and weighing over 20 kg, offers a choice between two heights of 6m and 9m above ground (set courses available). Participants navigate a log course with wires and ropes, finishing with a zip line to the goal. For children under 30 kg, "Sky Jam(R)" is recommended, allowing safe and fun play from age 3. This 60-minute timed activity features 9 types of activities on colorful net structures.

At the northern edge of Minokamo City, the Yamanoue Plateau overlooks the Hida River and Kiso River. Since the early Showa period, about 140 farms have cultivated pears and Fuyu persimmons on this plateau. Pear picking, which started in 1961, can be enjoyed at four tourist orchards. Pears grown using environmentally friendly farming methods are available, with the soft and juicy "Kousui" in August and the refreshing and sweet "Nijisseiki" from September.

The park features flower fields that change with the seasons, a playground, and a restaurant serving meals made with Gifu Prefecture ingredients. Additionally, there is a Satoyama Interaction Farm where visitors can see goats, sheep, horses, and guinea pigs, as well as an adventure park with the longest zip line in Chukyo at 333m.
