Teppan & Okonomiyaki Masaya

The Furano omelette curry for 1210 yen, made with a soup base of pork bones and chicken carcasses, is popular for its addition of local vegetables like onions and tomatoes. The curry, in which plenty of vegetables have completely melted away, is light yet rich in the umami of the vegetables.

A spicy curry that brings out the flavors of onions and carrots sautéed over three days, along with Furano vegetables. In addition to the sausage curry for 1550 yen, which features homemade sausage smoked with Furano mountain cherry and is served with Furano potatoes, the omelette curry made with 100% Hokkaido eggs is also popular. Toppings can be chosen as well.
