Coffee House

A charming dining establishment located in the city of Kaminoyama. The soba, made from freshly ground flour using a stone mill and finely cut, is served with shrimp tempura, whiting tempura, and three types of vegetable tempura for 1350 yen. The板そば (plank soba), which serves about two portions, is also a great deal at 1350 yen, while the mori soba is 750 yen. Other attractions include tempura rice bowls, Chinese soba, and one of Yamagata's specialties, chilled ramen for 950 yen (available only in summer). The shop's name means "where the flavor is rich and abundant."

It is attached to the Tanno Konjac Bancho (restaurant) in the city of Kamiyama, and has a reputation for its original konjac sweets. A women's drink set with "Konjac Pai Cake" with exquisite texture of grain konjac costs 950 yen. "This is also konjac da so" 500 yen and so on are also well received.

A restaurant where you can enjoy various dishes made with konjac. There are 70 original dishes, including sashimi, soba, and jelly. They are unique in that not only their shape but also their taste is remarkably similar. Kaiseki course prices range from 1320 to 3740 yen. Private rooms (konjac kaiseki, Masei 5500 yen) require a reservation.
