A festival based on the folk story "Fujigoro Kitsune", which is transmitted to the local area. Deep-fried tatami tatami mats are fried, and lanterns are lined up on a road of about 4km (100 yen for loaning of lanterns, allowed to participate on the day). There are also performances of Yosakoi Kurohimeyama taiko and street stall sales. Tochigahara venue: 12:00 to 17:30, Children's Natural Kingdom venue: 17:30 to 21. There is a shuttle bus pick up from the roadside station "Jonnobinosato Takayanagi" parking lot.

There will be a marching parade by elementary school students in the city, a folk song street flow, a Taru Niwaga parade, and a large fireworks display at the sea. The power and beauty of the fireworks festival, which is considered to be one of the three major fireworks of Echigo, is worth a look. A major event representing the summer of Kashiwazaki. It is listed as Nagaoka in the river, Katasai in the mountains, Kashiwazaki in the sea, and one of the three major Echigo fireworks. The fireworks display of the Hyakka-Ran, such as the mid-sea and sky star mine driving towards the Sea of Japan, the wide star mine over 600m, and the launch of 100 shakutama at once, are fascinating to see.
