Natsugoshi ceremony

April 3, a month late, is a day of celebration for Hida Takayama, which is a late spring visit. Valuable dolls that locals have cherished, such as clay chicks, Kyoho chicks, and Meiji chicks, can be seen in various parts of the city and at tourist attractions. It is also fun to go around the town of Takayama, the ancient capital, while enjoying the many dolls that have been handed down from generation to generation. The waterfall of the famous water "Taruma Water", a winter wind poem of Okufuida, is iced and lit up, and is beautifully colored in a fantastic world.

The winter wind poem that Akigami Onsen Ryokan has produced every year since 1971. A water-guide hose is set up on a site of about 40 thousand square meters, creating a fantastic ice world that makes use of nature at 10 degrees below freezing. The ice glows blue during the day and is lit up with blue, yellow and green light at dusk. There is a rainbow square where the shadows of yourself are creeped in seven colors with freezing soap bubbles and cocktail lights. There are also ice chairs and ice wings that shine in pictures.
