【沖縄・石垣島】キレイすぎ! 絶景スポット川平湾の楽しみ方

On Ishigaki Island, which serves as the gateway to the Yaeyama Islands, the most scenic spot to go to is "Kawahira Bay". Refresh by looking at the sea of “Kabila Blue”, which changes color many times a day, let's enjoy Kawahira gourmet at the surrounding shops. Introduce a loco-packed island lunch and tropical drinks that are also popular with islandsans.

Kawahira Bay, a must-see spot for Ishigaki Island sightseeing

川平湾(ボートなし)
Kabila Blue with an overwhelming glow

If you visit Ishigaki Island, the most scenic spot you want to go by mast is "Kabirawan". It is a scenic spot in the northwestern part of the island, about a 35-minute drive from Shin-Ishigaki Airport, with a pure white sandy beach and a sea of “Kabila Blue” that is said to change into seven colors. In 2009, it received the highest ranking of three stars in the World Tourism Guidebook, and is truly world class.
Kawahira Bay is calm, but in fact swimming is prohibited because the tide is surprisingly fast and dangerous. Even if you can't swim, you can still enjoy walking on the powder sand of Sarasara while watching the blue gradation that spreads in front of you.

If you want to enjoy the scenery in the bay, go to "Kabira Park", which is adjacent to Kabira Bay. The park is slightly elevated, and it is a very popular shooting spot, especially since you can see the inside of the bay from the observation deck.

Go meet the sea creatures in a glass boat!

Go to the underwater in the glass boat!

If you come to Kawahira Bay, you can't remove the glass boat. Through the glass at the bottom of the ship, you can meet colorful fish and coral. You can feel free to experience it because you can get on board as you wear everyday! "Marinha Uticiru-kun" to be introduced this time is a glass boat with a hull with orange lines on a white background.

When it's time to stay on the beach. On days when the sun is strong, it is better to bring sunglasses because the sunlight reflects on the sandy beach and it is quite dazzling.

There are no piers, and the glass boat is directly anchored on the sandy beach. Once the hatch on the entire surface of the ship opens, get on board!

船底のガラス窓

During the voyage, the captain will provide you with a view of the bottom of the ship and outside the window. You can enjoy the same way to sit in any seat as you want to stop and turn the ship at the point!

クマノミ

I encountered a familiar anemonefish from the film.

When looking at the bottom of the ship while moving, it is easy to get drunk, so enjoy the scenery outside the window when the ship is moving

The ship eventually leaves the bay and off.

ウミガメ(水中)

If you are lucky, you may see sea turtles! Two kinds of green turtles and hawksbill sea turtles can be seen in this sea.

海面にウミガメ
Once every 1-3 hours, the sea turtle comes up to the surface of the sea to breathe.
グラスボート(離れ)
After a boat trip of about 30 minutes, the ship goes to the sandy beach.

During the low tide, the water flowing from the river is easily mixed and turbid, so it is recommended to go to the high tide! Water comes in from the open sea and you can enjoy the clear seabed.
