Tenpo 5 (1834), Japan's oldest fruit specialty store, "Senbikiya Sōhon"; its Nihonbashi Main Store is located at "Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower", directly connected to the underground passage of Mitsukoshi-mae Station on the Tokyo Metro.

This time the destination, the fruit parlor, is on the second floor.

"Treat myself Treat Myself-A Reward for Yourself-" that can be tasted only at the Nippon Bridge Main Store 8800 yen ~ is a special course where you can enjoy the popular menu at the fruit parlor of "Senbkiya Sohonten" at once.
As it is fully booked, make sure to make a reservation from the official website. It is offered only on weekdays but it is a very popular course, so early booking is recommended.

As for the aperitif, you can choose "glass sparkling wine" or "freshly squeezed fruit juice", but after all, you can choose fruit juice. You can also choose juice from orange, grapefruit and pineapple.
At the time of the interview (* September 2024), pink grapefruit was used, but with a moderate acidity, elegant sweetness, and above all, freshly squeezed freshness, it is a taste that can catch the heart from the beginning.

The appetizers are "two assorted chef-specific hors d'oeuvres."

It is a luxury parfait with seven kinds of seasonal fruit, and at the time of the interview (* September 2024), it was watermelon or pione, but it seems to be persimmon in the autumn season. The sauce with strawberry pulp and the layer of mango sauce are beautiful.

In addition to vanilla ice, sorbet and rich banana ice are arranged under the whipped cream of sweet honey, and the difference in the texture of each fruit is also an accent, so you can't stop eating.
