Kannonji Temple
As you pass the cobblestone road, which has been maintained as the "path of history," you can see the approach of the stone steps leading to Kannonji. On the right of the stone steps, there are 16 stone buddhas as if looking down on visitors. They are called Jurokhan, and their different expressions are powerful. The main temple (Aizen-dō), which stands in the precinct, is designated as a national important cultural property and will be opened twice, in spring and autumn.
