In summer, plum juice and perilla juice (400 yen each) prepared at the store, and in winter, Amazake 350 yen are also popular. At the adjacent souvenir shop, Minoya brand products and SL goods are sold.

A coffee shop named after a poem by Mori Ogai. Facing Tonomachi Street, you can see the Tsuwano Catholic Church from the bay window. Special blended coffee 500 yen, coffee jelly 700 yen. You can also buy original washi paper dolls and pasted wood products at the folk art shop of the same name. You can also experience making paper at a nearby workshop. It produces and sells Tsuwano's Nameka, Minamoto-maki.

味わい深い弁当ならおまかせの店。特に、津和野で人気の駅弁「かしわめし弁当」はおすすめだ。味付きご飯の上に鶏肉そぼろ、錦糸卵、海苔が彩りよくのり、おかずも数品付いている。本店のほか、津和野駅構内でも購入できるので、帰りの列車の楽しみに買って行くのもいい。10～5月限定の山菜つわぶき弁当なども美味。山菜のつわぶき弁当は予約販売している。また、SL運行日の土・日曜のみ、あゆ弁当の販売もある。
