A parking area located between the Jiangdo East IC and Jiangdo West IC on the Doo Expressway. It is set in a spacious landscape like Hokkaido, and the nature of the Nophoro Forest Park extends to the south side. "Seiko Mart", a convenience store that revolves around Hokkaido, is open 24 hours a day. It features hot chefs (such as handmade rice balls and katsudon cooked in the kitchen in the store) and is fully equipped with an eat-in corner. "Melon bread" baked in the kitchen in the store is recommended. There is a "walk-in gate" where pedestrians can enter and exit from the general road.
