Setose Onsen

A road station marked by a triangular roof along Route 333. Since the Marusebu district was once a town of forestry, it displays and sells many original wood crafts. It boasts a good sound that is used in a concert hall, and features a lot of wood inside the building and a through to the ceiling. Concerts such as piano, cello and violin have been held so far. The precious piano using local red pine pine is played automatically by classical music, and you can enjoy its beautiful tone at any time. There are also souvenir sales and direct sales outlets on the premises, and it is well received if you can spend a leisurely time.

The theme museum was created under the cooperation of the "Society of Artists Drawing with Mouth and Feet", reusing the abandoned school building of the former Marusepu Municipal Taketoshi Elementary School branch school. In addition to an art gallery displaying works by world-active mouth and foot-drawing writers, there is also a rare world butterfly specimen corner, a fossil corner, and a memorial room for the Wuli Elementary School. The full-size dinosaur in the dinosaur model corner is impressive.

A museum with a collection of wooden toys from about 40 countries around the world. There are 10,000 large and small wooden toys on display and store. There are plenty of facilities for both adults and children to enjoy, such as a corner where you can play in the French block "KAPLA(R)" and a workshop where you can experience handmade wooden toys.
