Lockhart Castle

Stand on a hill a little from the Japan Romantic Highway (National Route 145). Two types of sources are used for the bathhouse. There are two large baths, one using black granite, and one using cherry blossom granite, which is a large bath with hot water from sodium-calcium-chloride hot springs. At the restaurant and the great hall, you can enjoy seasonal dishes. Accommodation is also possible in the cottage of the adjacent villa type. There is also play equipment for children at the roadside station.

Hot spring facilities with the atmosphere of an old-fashioned communal bathhouse that is familiar to villagers. Interacting with local patrons is one of the fun. The single-sex bathhouse uses wood for its walls, and the bathtub and washing facilities are made of stone. A large glass window, taken all over the wall, separates the boxed garden from the bathhouse, which is surrounded by bamboo fences. There is no dining facility in the hall, but it is OK to bring food and drink to the hall, so it is full of local people who relax and relax. There is a bamboo guttering fountain next to the entrance, which is popular for its retro atmosphere.

It is a campsite at an altitude of 700m, with a beautiful starry sky full of sky. There are a variety of facilities including cabins, bungalows, petit logs, auto camps, and camping sites with AC. Activities such as hanging digging and dog runs are also enriched. Day camps are also possible, but there are days (mainly three consecutive holidays) that are not possible depending on the reservation situation, so let's check in advance.
