In Hokkaido, a steamed bakery focused on materials such as natural yeast, doyama wheat, salt, and beet sugar was born in 9 years, and moved to Fuchu City, Tokyo in the first year of Reiwa (2019) to power up. A minimum of 25 species are lined up from a repertoire of more than 500 species such as Kimpira Mayonnaise.
