In a kura surrounded by thick walls, they sell soy sauce and miso, which are grown in traditional techniques from the Edo period. Recommended for the flavor-rich [Tamari] soy sauce 360ml 648 yen and enoki miso 500g 756 yen with plenty of umami of enokidake. Miso-zou can also be visited for free (reservation required). Ten buildings such as the kura are designated as registered tangible cultural property.
